Job Summary

The American Bath Group, a leader in North American bathroom fixtures, is searching for a Product Data Coordinator to effectively manage robust product data and serve as a key support resource for the Product Management team. Be part of developing and maintaining robust product content management systems and serve a key role in maintaining and communicating product data across the organization.

The position requires close collaboration and networking with our R&D, Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales teams, Logistics and all other function who collaborates with you to provide accurate data and share the same growth objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

· Collaborate with a multi-functional team responsible to complete and own the data required for our Product Information Management systems (PIM) and various data contract we have.

· Develop an internal network to facilitate getting the proper information.

· Work closely with other members of the Product Management team to assist with product set up and product maintenance for multiple brands.

· Set up products in the PIM within the timelines required by the business.

· Prioritize multiple and competing requests to deliver the optimal result for the business.

· Enrich existing product content and serve as a key stakeholder in correcting incorrect product data.

· Maintain product details (pricing, copy, images, personalization, etc.) and process all changes within the agreed upon timelines.

· Assist with product set up for cross-reference tools and help develop the compatibility criteria.

· Consistently and regularly audit product set up to ensure products are delivered correctly. Problem solve product issues and resolve quickly.

· Approach the role with an attitude of strong service/support with business partners.

· Collaborate with team members to support other brands and team initiatives as needed, especially in period of peak support requests.

· Maintain a repository of industry standards online and help keep ABG relevant and aligned with SEO best practices.

· Develop process and methods that facilitates getting repetitive data entry to a remote resource.

· Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Profile

· Ability to champion a project so as to increase the support of key stakeholders

· Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills

· Strong professionalism and work ethic with a focus on driving efficiency

· Ability to work autonomously

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Motivated and determined to deliver quality work within given timelines and budgets

· 0-3 years marketing and/or data/content management experience

· Experience in sanitary ware industry, construction and plumbing would be a great asset

· Ability to plan while taking into consideration and integrating the various goals and circumstances of multiple key stakeholders

· Available to travel internationally (USA and Canada)

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other applicable field
