What You’ll Do:

  • Work with new and existing vendors to identify products for procurement
  • Monitor and understand inventory levels and purchasing programs to maximize profitability while achieving desired inventory turns and sales volumes
  • Collaborate with Lordco’s marketing department to advertise new product promotions and information to sales teams
  • Assist in store displays and new store setups as required
  • Support Outside Sales team members in the field for RFQ, RFP, and other potential sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with vendors to support Lordco’s promotional initiatives
  • Provide ongoing training for sales teams on product lines
  • Contribute to building a strategic growth strategy for the Autobody Division

Do you fit the part?

  • 10+ years of previous related sales management experience is required
  • Excellent automotive mechanical, parts, and tools knowledge
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a vision for improving Lordco’s retail experience
  • Team player with strong supervisory skills
  • Proficient knowledge of basic computer functions as well as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to provide input and feedback on project planning and pricing initiatives
  • Superior customer service skills, both on the phone and in-person
