POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Team Lead, Product Specialist, the Product Specialist, Software & Networking, will be a member of PK Sound's Engineering team and responsible for some of the company's most cutting-edge technology and products, along with championing PK's networking and software platforms. This individual will also be passionate about pro-audio and the technology and art that goes into each of our products. A successful candidate for this role will support the product life cycle and communicate vision and technology requests to the engineering team. An ideal candidate for this role will be strategic-minded, with a strong ability to build relationships with current and prospective customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire our customers with the passion and knowledge behind our products enjoyed by millions of people.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve the highest level of customer success by deploying PK’s network and software solutions.
• Responsible for the life cycle of the product from development to end of life.
• Advise on new trends and technologies to ensure PK remains a technology leader.
• Assist with product development projects by adding feedback where required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Expert level understanding of networking.
• Expert-level understanding of computers and software applications.

NICE TO HAVE

• Proficiency in ay computer programming language [JS, C#, Python]
• DSP Architecture and Programming

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• A valid passport, with the ability to travel without restriction.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 5+ years of professional networking experience
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• A degree in business computer science, IT, or Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
