Our Specialized Recruiting Group, a Division of Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Full Time Professional Engineer, P. Eng (also called Engineer of Record) on behalf of our Windsor, Ontario client.

Responsibilities for a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) include

· Conducting Phase I/II ESA, and Phase One/Two ESA, and RSC electronic submittals.

· Conduct peer reviews of reports.

· Prepare work plans, bid specifications, and manage contractors.

· Travel to project sites, as needed, meetings, oversight.

· Experience with environmental compliance (ECAs, stormwater management, sediment control, discharge permits, ROW permits, plus).

· Development of remedial investigations.

· Prepare remedial feasibility analysis and remedial action plans.

· Design and manage soil remediation plans.

· Design of groundwater treatment systems for remediation, monitoring programs, report preparation.

· Design and manage soil vapour mitigation investigative activities and mitigation system

· Compile and analyze field/technical data and laboratory data.

· Rapport/experience working with MECP, enforcement officers, etc.

· Excess Soil Management project experience, inclusive of report preparation.

· Assist with business development activities and client retention.

· Some administrative duties, as needed

Required Experience for a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) includes:

· This position requires the individual to have an engineering degree from a reputable university and hold a current Professional Engineer designation.

· Construction / Civil Engineering and/or Environmental Engineering experience is preferred
