Primary Responsibilities:
  • Plan and analyze reports and/or dashboards for KPI.
  • Participate in the logistics and administration department on the maintenance and configuration of the CMMS.
  • Plan and evaluate system administration of McGill chosen CMMS. Participate and plan the schedule system upgrades, improvements and modifications with departments and personnel across all concerned areas.
  • Provide on-boarding training to new employees, and key stakeholders for the CMMS. Participate in the development of standardized maintenance programs in McGill CMMS.
  • Analyze, validate and import new and existing asset data. To link routs and standardized maintenance plans.
  • Use professional expertise and specialized skills to input, modify and maintain recurring maintenance schedules in the CMMS.
  • When required, coordinate with outside vendors on data management services.
  • Participate in the integration of existing service contracts into CMMS.
  • Recommend course of action plans to aid in the planning and development of new or the improvement of service.
  • Assess and analyze equipment inventory, schedule overhauls and preventive maintenance.
  • Participate at meetings, making recommendations, and provide solutions to inefficiencies in work processes that affect FMAS.
