Under the supervision of the IT Director, the day-to-day tasks of the Programmer are the following:

· Supports the ICT backbone of an international aerospace company with 7 global locations.

· Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new and existing software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications.

· The current projects scope entails: ERP Maintenance and development, web portal development, integrate customer EDI interfaces, training system development, admin tool development, document and reporting control, Intraweb capabilities, developing analysis tools and Third Party interfaces (API) integrations.

What the individual needs to succeed in this role

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Working proficiency of either French or English in both spoken and written and have a good knowledge of the second language
• Any training related to programming will be considered an asset
• Excellent knowledge of:
• Java

PL/SQL, SQL
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Oracle
DOS

· The following knowledge will be considering an asset:

• o Graphic Design
• o Quantum from Component Control
• o Analysis Software such as Crystal Reporting, Power BI
