What you’ll do

As part of the Capability & Training Team, you will assist with the coordination of capabilities projects for various Merchandising teams. You will have the opportunity to learn about many corporate retail processes and have the chance to impact day-to-day operations using structured analysis and problem-solving techniques. You will work with a dynamic and diverse team who work collaboratively and supportively, to challenge the status quo and continually drive progress.

  • Help coordinate various projects from concept development to full implem entation

  • Map existing merchandising processes

  • Work with the team to develop and draft new processes

  • Build timelines and workback trackers

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders

What you bring

  • You are pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management or a relevant discipline

  • Experience coordinating projects and documenting progress

  • Strong understanding of MS Office platforms (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

  • Experience working with MS Visio or a comparable process management software

  • Experience executing SIPOC+ analyses would be considered an asset

  • Lean 6 Sigma methodology training would be considered an asset
