Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, identifying best practices and areas of opportunity, which support various projects/programs under the Client Service function.

Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):

Fully accountable to the Project Management Methodology as defined by IDEMIA Canada and has the authority to make decisions to accomplish Project objectives.
Leverage company resources to accomplish the project milestones on time and within budget. Tasks and roles may include but are not limited to:
Schedule development and management
Installation requirements
Meeting facilitation
Status reporting
Must be able to convey accurate and timely information to all key stakeholders and establish priorities conducive to meeting the project objectives as required and on time.

Create clear, milestone-based project plans to achieve project goals on schedule.
Manage project communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
Execute on deliverables and directives in a high growth, scaling organization.
Work with Operations & Engineering functions to support sales efforts.
Leverage a lean culture to deliver solutions and services
Manage risk, issues, and project deliveries
Develop and share best-practice knowledge amongst team
Must maintain an awareness of company policies and always represent IDEMIA Canada’s best interests.
Required to act professionally under any given circumstance and escalate to or inform management when necessary or appropriate.
Expected to treat all colleagues with respect and to be patient and tolerant when faced with obstacles. The goal is to maintain a positive attitude and take a constructive approach to overcoming all obstacles.
Responsible for upholding the principles of confidentiality as they relate to this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
