At Brock Doors & Windows Ltd, we install the vinyl windows and doors across the Greater Toronto Area and Simcoe County. Brock has been in the industry for over 30 years. We have 4 award winning showrooms in Brampton, Etobicoke, Whitby and Innisfil. We are a dynamic, forward-thinking company that offers growth opportunities and exceptional learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

· Serves customers by selling products/services and meeting customer needs.

· Develop relationships with existing accounts

· Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential new Property Managers.

· Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

· Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Achieves annual sales targets

· Attend condo board meetings as required

Requirements

· Proven work experience with Property Managers

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

· Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Work Location: Brampton, and on the road - This is not a remote position
