Quality Manager (Automotive) Job at DSS
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving Quality systems which meet or exceed all customer requirements.
- Will be responsible for the implementation of a plant wide 5S Visual Management System.
- The candidate will be responsible for Internal scrap reduction, systems verifications via audits and to schedule, monitor, follow-up on internal audits.
- Should be able to manage problem solving for resolving customer, supplier, production issues.
Qualifications:
- University Degree/Diploma with a Quality discipline Work Experience requirements
Skills & Experience:
- The candidate should hold minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in various areas along with minimum of five (5) years’ experience with TS/ISO Quality Systems Knowledge & Skills.
- The candidate should be a proficient user in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Competencies.
- Should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as externally with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
