Due to an ever-increasing demand and growth, we are looking for a full-time licensed sales representative to join the award-winning Krishan Nathan Real Estate Group dedicated to serving clients diligently, honestly, and skillfully on a 24/7 basis! This is a full-time position in a FAST-paced and demanding environment. Commission-based payment structure so income ceiling can be limitless. Anticipated income can be anywhere from $70,000 - $250,000.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

This position is often the first contact for leads and clients, and requires a candidate that is intelligent and well-spoken. We require a sharp individual who is capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing deadlines and able to take the initiative to foresee the needs of clients as well as other team members, without the need for constant supervision.

The Buyers’ Agent will guide buyers through the entire home purchase transaction from start to finish by identifying the client’s needs & budget, scheduling home tours, drafting, agreements of purchase and sale, negotiating on behalf of buyer, and ensuring all the needs of the buyers are met in a professional and timely fashion.

Desired Skills, Education & Experience

· Valid Ontario Real Estate Licensing

· Strong written & oral communication, interpersonal skills are a must

· Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving

· Must maintain professionalism, confidentiality and discretion

· Concern about doing things the right way

· Self-motivated, business acumen, exceptional organizational abilities

· Team player and solution/service oriented with a “can-do” attitude

· Effective at multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment, with the foresight to plan ahead, anticipate changes, evaluate, interpret and use sound judgment and respond in a proactive manner

· Detail-oriented and highly organized professional with the ability to prioritize deadlines with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy

· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email and in person with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

· Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software & systems quickly
