Job Description:
- Provide document preparation support of routine correspondence, meeting materials, and reports, through advanced; word processing, and Excel spreadsheet reporting. As part of this, must be able to effectivelyedit, revise, format, compare and proofread all documents
- Maintain tenant contacts, emergency response information, as well as all building management files
- Responsible to distribute tenant communication and distribute all building memos/notices, while doing this, ensure a good/ongoing Tenant relationships are maintained to assist with potential needs/concerns.
- Ensure prompt and courteous attention tom Plaza customer requests/concerns as required
- Respond to all parking inquires & deliver parking notifications to Customer and Tenants using multiple communication channels
- Work closely with our Web-Portal Team in setting up new and distributing parking passes
- Ensure all Equipment is fully operational, report any down equipment.
- Support rolling out new programs and policies as required
- Provide support for special events and projects, some of which might be outside of regular working hours
- General administrative duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
