Job Description:

  • Provide document preparation support of routine correspondence, meeting materials, and reports, through advanced; word processing, and Excel spreadsheet reporting. As part of this, must be able to effectivelyedit, revise, format, compare and proofread all documents
  • Maintain tenant contacts, emergency response information, as well as all building management files
  • Responsible to distribute tenant communication and distribute all building memos/notices, while doing this, ensure a good/ongoing Tenant relationships are maintained to assist with potential needs/concerns.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous attention tom Plaza customer requests/concerns as required
  • Respond to all parking inquires & deliver parking notifications to Customer and Tenants using multiple communication channels
  • Work closely with our Web-Portal Team in setting up new and distributing parking passes
  • Ensure all Equipment is fully operational, report any down equipment.
  • Support rolling out new programs and policies as required
  • Provide support for special events and projects, some of which might be outside of regular working hours
  • General administrative duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

  • London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
