Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist/Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk operations and supporting our social media presence from our offices in Barrie, ON.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

· Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally

· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and copying

· Maintain the donor database and take donations

· Monitor and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) to ensure consistent and engaging content is being posted

· Create and maintain a social media content calendar

· Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement

· Monitor and report on social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

· Collaborate with team members to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategy

Requirements:

· Have a passion for Christian music and a love for Jesus Christ

· High school diploma or equivalent; degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field an asset

· Proven experience in a receptionist and/or social media coordination role

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

· Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva) an asset
