We are looking for….

Concessions Supervisor for TD Place Stadium.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with a large team of concession supervisors to provide a great customer experience by ensuring concessions are clean, well-stocked and set-up.
• Display a positive attitude toward teammates; promote a calm and cooperative work climate to foster productivity and good morale.
• Resolve problems independently and/or seek assistance from relevant department.
• Enforce best practices and policies including but not limited to uniform, liquor and food safety policies
• Communicate effectively with team leads and cashiers throughout the event.
• Interact with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Troubleshoot POS issues and seek assistance from IT when required.
• Ensure assigned concessions are closed and cleaned properly at the end of each event. Assist other supervisors with closing duties when required.
• Verify that pre-event and post-event documents, including inventory sheets and QA checklists, are completed properly by the Team Leads
• Conduct month-end inventory.
• Prepare order sheets and transfer product to concessions as needed.
• Secure product by locking doors when leaving an area unattended
• Organize and clean assigned work areas when required.
• Participate in new hire training and provide extra coaching during shifts when required.
• Participate in job fairs and conduct interviews, when required.
• Participate in pre-season planning, post event briefings and other meetings.
• Assist the Senior Supervisor or Manager with other tasks as required.

• Must have flexible availability with schedule and able to work different shifts.
• Must be bondable, and pass an employer administered background check.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic mathematical skills.
