We are looking to hire a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with their required governing body. We are looking for a person who is caring, compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional services to individuals from all different backgrounds. We are interested in candidates who can offer part-time hours that will lead into full time. B.K.A.F Holistic Healing Services Inc can provide all equipment, products and linens.

We can offer competitive commission-based compensation and we allow our therapists to be either be employees of B.K.A.F Holistic Healing Services or independent contractors.

As an experienced Massage Therapist, your focus will be to offer a variety of therapeutic services to clients. The ideal candidate will enjoy promoting overall wellness among clients and have a detailed knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Our clients will trust you with physical and emotional healing through techniques such as Swedish massage and deep tissue massage. You need to be dedicated, enthusiastic & have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the problem being treated and make a custom treatment plan for each client.
• Be able to communicate with the client about their concerns and address each one as it comes up.
• Arrive to work on time
• Use proper body mechanics in order to prevent injury to the self or the client during treatment.
• Demonstrate good personal hygiene to clients; be on time for appointments and make them aware of their scheduling time frame.
• Follow legal and ethical guidelines when providing treatments.
• Use discretion when providing massages; maintain proper levels of modesty.
• Be a leader in the community and solicit feedback on service quality.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 0-35 per week
