If you're interested in working as a Remote Freelance Photographer, OCUS can help you get extra income each month, even during the slower times, by photographing scrumptious meals for one of our food delivery customers. Thousands of restaurants across Canada are looking for photographers to capture their meals.

The job: What do you do as a OCUS remote freelance photographer?

  • Pick a photoshoot near you
  • Set a date and time for the photoshoot
  • Take pictures of the meals at the restaurant with your camera
  • Upload the raw pictures to OCUS
  • Get invoiced monthly for all your photoshoots

Don’t worry about:

  • Finding clients
  • Briefing back and forth
  • Editing & post-production
  • Invoicing

Who can apply:

  • At least one experience in food photography visible on your portfolio
  • Any level is welcome! As long as you have a DSLR camera
  • Resident in Canada*

*In order to perform any photoshoots for OCUS, you must demonstrate that you can work as a freelancer in Canada and be compensated accordingly. The lack of proof will make you unsuitable for this position.

At OCUS, we are dedicated to providing independent photographers with the tools and resources they need to work with large-scale Food Tech clients. Our services enable photographers to focus on what they love to do – take pictures – while we take care of the rest. We help photographers find photoshoots any time of the year, so they can follow their passion.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: $2,000.00-$3,500.00 per month
