Job Description

As a Renewal and Sales Associate (RSA) you will be tasked with supporting the Regional group office Account executives with processing and delivering Renewals on their inforce Block.

This will require the applicant to work with the Underwriting team to insure that each renewal is thoroughly reviewed for accuracy, summarized and then prepared for deliver to the Advisor and their client.

Once this has been done, the RSA will continue to be available for dialogue via phone and email with the advisors to help them understand and deliver the renewal strategy to the client.

The RSA’s day to day will also incorporate regular meetings and discussions with the Account Executives to support them in their sales initiatives when they may need extra help.

The RSA position will be a Hybrid Role with work at the office from Monday to Wednesday and work from home Thursday and Friday.

Organizational Skills, Math Skills, and Client Management experience will all be very important.
