Responsibilities:

• Answering phone and email inquiries for daily bookings.
• Providing information to customers over the phone, email or in person regarding the company’s booking procedures, pricing, as well as scheduling and transportation requirements.
• Making reservations and processing payments from customers
• Overseeing availability for online and office bookings and amending as necessary.
• Ensure all customers understand and fill out (and sign) a waiver
• Communicate, during the day, to the bridge staff, any updated booking information.
• Prepare End of Day reports and nightly cash deposits.
• Book other Whistler activities for bungee clients, as and when required.
• Sale of merchandise and restocking retail area.

Description of Candidate:

• Be friendly, confident and fun loving.
• All interested candidates should have experience in office or sales related work
• Ability to work with groups and high volume of customers
• Be organized, with good interpersonal skills and excellent customer service communication abilities
• General computer and data entry skills.
• Outgoing personality
• Be willing to work as part of a team and be flexible to occasional last minute schedule changes
• Live in Whistler or plan to move here before June

Working Conditions:

• The company has two sites – one – a store in Whistler Village, and second, the bungee bridge over the Cheakamus River, south of Whistler. The facility is open 7 days/week, all year round.
• Interested candidates would ideally work 5 days/week. Part time will also be considered.

• $, depending on experience.
