Minimum Requirements:

• Persons should have good verbal communication skills, at a conversational level, in English or French

Persons are between 20 – 63 years of age

• Currently residing anywhere in Canada – this includes any Province or Territory
• Currently legally eligible to work in Canada
• Willing to commit to at least 4 to 6 months duration, or be willing to start as Permanent Employee
• Persons are reasonably healthy without serious medical conditions that require frequent doctor or hospital visits
• Persons have good mobility, can walk 20 minutes unassisted, and can lift 30 lbs
• Persons hold a valid Provincial Health Card

Willing to share a dwelling – meaning, can share a home with someone they know (eg. friend, partner, spouse, or relative) who will also receive employment, or persons are agreeable to share a 2-bedroom home with another Company employee

Presently living in a northern Canada location

Have current or previous work experience in a Retail sector position (eg. Cashier, Store Clerk/Associate, Store Manager, Shelf-Stocker, Shipper, Head of Department)
