Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent and memorable in-store experience with every customer.
- Drive to meet and exceed personal sales goals.
- Model Swimco’s reputation for exceptional customer service, professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity and respect for others.
- Passionate about selling. Motivated by a compensation system that rewards success in a team environment.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to make decisions independently as well as multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Continually enhance product and fit knowledge to understand and care for customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Willing to learn and grow in an ambitious selling system.
- Minimum of one year of retail experience preferred.
- Strong sales experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- An essential function of the job is the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Retail and fashion are always changing so flexibility and ability to adapt to any situation, environment, challenges, job duties, and work schedules are pillars to your success.
