Who you are:

The BEST candidates will have a sincere and genuine understanding for our clients’ needs and expectations. You will have sales commission experience with a high customer service IQ, a thorough understanding of the sales process, and how to help our clients seamlessly through it. You will take great pride in your work and have a TEAM first mentality and attitude!

Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly and annual sales target goals
  • Update Customer Relation Database with new traffic information on a daily basis
  • Communicate regularly with past and present customers
  • Be precise with information
  • Be stairs not elevator type person
  • Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders
  • Be able to crush goals
  • Be ready to be a part of a championship team

Requirements:

  • Learn and understand the policies/ procedures to effectively communicate with all parties involved with the sale of a vehicle
  • Computer knowledge, understanding and expertise a must
  • A positive mind set at all times
  • Basic Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge required
  • Self confidence is key
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Ambitious and approachable
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focused and strong communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Coachable and trainable
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including Saturdays and being on-call
  • Valid Driver’s License is required
