We are looking for a Full time Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and customer support to Bunzl Industrial’s growing Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

• Support and Collaborate with the Sales Team for continuous sales growth
• Front Line contact for Customer Inquires
  • Order entry
  • Order follow up
  • Order tracking
  • Product inquiries
• Product sourcing for new projects
  • New sku creation
  • Collaboration with the purchasing department
• Work with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to develop new customer leads
  • Establish initial contact via email for phone
  • Set appointments

Requirements:

• Computer Literate in a Windows operating Environment
• High Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Powerpoint and outlook)
• Ability to work independently and proactively to prioritize work
• Self Starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent follow through and follow up
• Superior organizational skills
• Work effectively in situations that involve changes and/or competing demands
• Performs well in a fast paced environment
• Proficiently handle confidential and time sensitive material
• Results Oriented
• Adaptable/Flexible
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong sense of personal accountability
• A positive and professional attitude
