As an IAM Senior Analyst your job is to build the future of our IT deliveries and to take them forward.

With your advanced technology knowledge and CyberArk-specific skills, you are involved in the largest technology upgrade in the Bank's history.

You work with the product architect and owner to obtain technical information relevant to the projects at hand and act as the IT analyst for the entire analysis portion (business and functional).

Your job:

  • Provide technical support to IT operations and ensure various follow-ups
  • Write functional specifications, user procedures and methods. Develop documentation, prepare, and share training to users
  • Actively participate in the development of strategies, from the analysis to the implementation, including design and documentation of the programs or applications
  • Collaborate on operational development and integrations:
    • Operational - Configure and maintain the evolution of the HPAM solutions
    • Operational - Code task automation in CyberArk via the in-house Pam-Auto tool
    • Integrations - Develop web plugins for CyberArk
    • Integrations - Configure CPM and PSM plugins

Required skills:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree, related to the industry, and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Experience in access identity management (authentication, authorization, access control, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience with CyberArk (automation of tasks via tools and development of plugins for integrations)
  • Knowledge of an identity and access management system (Sailpoint IIQ, MS FIM, Oracle OIM, etc.)
  • Proven skills in agile work methodology (Epic, Scrum, PO Sync, etc.)
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English, as you will be working with suppliers and colleagues internationally

Preferred skills:

  • Practical understanding of application architecture and related technologies
  • Team player, interpersonal and communication skills as well as customer service orientated
  • Ability to explain risk and make presentations to different audiences (technical, business...)
  • Continuous testing (SauceLabs, Selenium)
  • Knowledge of some of the following technical concepts/tools:
    • Cloud AWS / Azure
    • Competition, Artifactory, LDAP and/or AD
    • CyberArk
    • REST API
    • SQL language
    • DevSecOps
