Victoria based Architecture Firm, we are a full service architecture practice focused on providing quality design and buildings, with unique and holistic design solutions that enhance how we live in our buildings, each project site and its context.

Current projects include 3 Waterfront high-end condos, mid-priced and high-end market Townhouses, rental multi-unit housing, education renovations, heritage building renovation and custom single family housing.

We are seeking a Intermediate or Senior Technologist Applicants experience with the following:

• Registered with the AIBC or eligible to register with the AIBC
• Degree in Architecture

have 6 + years experience with the production of construction drawings in wood frame/concrete construction for the Part 9 and Part 3 Multi-Unit Housing sector experience in BC. Please do not apply if you don't qualify for the position.

• Autocad
• Revit and Lumion MANDATORY
• knowledge and application of the BCBC 2018
• experience with co-ordination of specification and product info into drawings
• Construction Documentation experience, to include co-ordination with consultants and assembly detailing experience
• self- directed, organized, and diligent
• have team and time management skills to meet deadlines
• must be a team player/collaborative, able to receive/implement input and directives from the principal and clients, have a positive attitude and have good verbal and written communication skills in English
• work in office 8:30am - 5:30pm, 8hr workday, Monday - Friday
• Punctuality and good ethical behaviour are a requirement
