• Be in the Lethbridge office every day from 9a-5p. Be available to travel with us to and from Calgary or Medicine Hat every Fridays.
• Run ALL the social media accounts, in all three markets, for our Real Estate Team: Calgary, Lethbridge, and Medicine Hat. This will include 3 Atkinson Team Instagram accounts, 3 Atkinson Team Facebook pages, 1 personal Facebook account for Courtney Atkinson, 1 personal Instagram account for Courtney Atkinson, 1 personal TikTok account for Courtney Atkinson, and 1 personal LinkedIn for Courtney Atkinson.
• Run ALL the social media accounts for our Coaching Company - Real Estate Growth Solutions. This will include 1 REGS Instagram account, 1 REGS Facebook page, 1 REGS Facebook group.
• You will create AND optimize AND post to 2 YouTube pages, 1 for the Atkinson Team and 1 for Real Estate Growth Solutions.
• Identify new social media opportunities;
• Understand how to run social media campaigns that get ACTUAL results, not just likes;
• Understand and execute strategies related to target marketing, syndication, retargeting and remarketing, pixelation, as well as create and market to custom audiences;
• Use our organizational goals to help you form an effective strategy to create stronger brand presence and more brand recognition;
• Carry forward our existing social media presence, while continually levelling up YOUR skills and OUR presence;
• Use our cameras, lenses, lights, gimbals, and mics to record video content;
• Use your cell phone to take photos of the Team, events, current happenings, etc;
• Liaise with our Video Editing Team;
• Be a constant source of content for ALL our channels;
• Identify new opportunities to spread our message.

• You MUST have an EXCELLENT EYE for EXCELLENT ART!
• You MUST have a BURNING DESIRE to create absolutely KILLER CONTENT!
• You LOVE making reels REAL!
• You LOVE posting stories that TELL STORIES!
• You love posting posts that ...you know what I mean tho right???
• Minimum 2 years experience doing this kind of work. Sorry, but we just can't afford to be the place where you're learning to do what we do;
• Strong understanding of trends across ALL the aforementioned SM platforms;
• You must have EXCELLENT time management skills. If you're often late, or your projects delayed, this job won't be a fit for you. This is not going to be a babysitting job for us. You will be the shepherd and babysitter of our social media, and to a degree, YOU will babysit US! Social Media is YOUR baby, and you will treat it as such;
• You must be VERY organized. There's a LOT to do here, DAILY. There's no time for sitting around. There's no time to waste. This job is fast paced, and so are we. You'll need to keep up. There's no space for redundancy or doing the same repetitious tasks over and over. We expect YOU to solve those problems by being efficient OR coming to us with software or solutions that will help YOU be more efficient.
• If you're educated, cool, if you're not, that's ok too. BUT, you must be an excellent writer AND an excellent communicator;
• You'll have to be coachable. We all are on this Team. No exceptions for anyone not being agreeable to getting better.
