Our expectations

Reporting to the Manager, Advertising and Sponsorship, the Specialist, Advertising and Sponsorship, is responsible for the management of a variety of projects aimed at promoting our brands, our product and service selection, as well as our events for our target audiences, all while creating strong and successful brands.

Your role

  • Manage large- and small-scale advertising projects (TV, radio, signage, digital, social, etc.), from brief creation to campaign delivery
  • Manage video and photo content production projects, as well as CGI projects
  • Manage the various sponsorship activities (field activations, contests, advertising, etc.)
  • Act as a brand ambassador
  • Participate, with the Manager, Advertising and Sponsorship, in the development of communication strategies
  • Collaborate daily with the Marketing team, Promotional team, Media team, Content team and Studio team
  • Collaborate daily with our different agencies and external partners
  • Ensure budgetary follow-ups for various projects

The qualifications we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing (or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in marketing/communication
  • Experience in multidisciplinary project management, as well as in video, radio, print, and digital media
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Parallel interest in advertising creation, brand strategy, marketing in a broader sense, media and consumer research
  • Autonomy, thoroughness, proactive attitude, and inquisitiveness
  • Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically and summarize information
  • Experience in retail (an asset)
  • Capacity to travel for video or photo shoots (several times a year)
