We're entering our 28th season and looking for self-motivated and driven field techs for the '23 season. We specialize in exterior property maintenance & cleaning - windows, siding and eavestroughs cleaning; each day is unique.
The field tech position involves the use of ladders, water fed poles, aerial man-lifts, and potentially rope access. All training is provided by Paneless.

Requirements:
- Punctual, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to execute tasks within set timelines
- Works well in a team and enjoys fast paced work environment
- Able to lift, move, set-up and use ladders
- Ability to work at different heights
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- A positive attitude is essential and a safety-conscious mindset is critical
Employment Type:
- Full time seasonal employment, May 1st – August 30th or May 1st - Oct 31st
Work Hours:
- Varies depending on the seasonal activities and weather. 7:30-17:00 Monday to Friday typical day. Some weekend work may be required.
Salary:
- $22.00-$32.00 per hour
