Relevant du gestionnaire principal SSE - Canada, le stagiaire SSE soutiendra l'équipe HBT (Honeywell Building Technologies), principalement au Québec, mais potentiellement dans d'autres endroits au Canada, y compris les équipes P3, installation et service, basé à notre bureau de Lachine.

Principales responsabilités:

• Fournir un soutien SSE aux équipes HBT, principalement au Québec et potentiellement à d'autres sites canadiens, sous la direction du gestionnaire principal SSE - Canada.
• Faciliter et soutenir les sessions de formation HSE en français pour les employés QC
• Participer aux inspections/audits SSE
• Aider au travail administratif SSE, y compris la préparation de divers rapports, graphiques et présentations selon les besoins de l'entreprise.
• Aider dans les tâches administratives et dans le suivi, le signalement et le suivi des actions SSE
• Soutenir l'équipe SSE du Canada dans d'autres tâches au besoin.
• Projets spéciaux tels qu'identifiés qui aideront à développer les connaissances techniques et commerciales pour l'organisation du travail sur le terrain

Vous devez avoir:

• Avoir complété au moins 1 an d'études dans une discipline scientifique (SSE, ingénierie, technologie, chimie, biologie, physique, mathématiques, etc.)
• Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
• Excellentes compétences informatiques/analytiques (y compris la suite MS Office) et compétences en présentation
• Permis de conduire

Reporting to the Senior HSE Manager - Canada, the HSE Intern in Quebec (QC) will support the local HBT team, including P3, Install and Service teams and will be based out of our Lachine offices.

Key responsibilities:

Provide HSE support to the Quebec HBT teams under the direction of the Sr. HSE Manager - Canada.

• Facilitate and support HSE Training sessions in French to the QC employees
• Participate in HSE inspections / Audits
• Assist in HSE administrative work including preparing various reports, charts and decks as required for the business.
• Assist in the administrative tasks and in tracking, flagging and follow up for HSE actions
• Support the Canada HSE Team in other tasks as and when required.
• Special projects as identified that will help to develop technical and business knowledge for field work organization

You must have:

• College student studying a science discipline (HSE, engineering, technology, chemistry, biology, physics, mathematics, etc)
• Bilingualism (French & English)
• Excellent computer/analytical skills (Including MS office suite) and presentation skills
• Driver’s license
• Good communication skills - written and verbal
• willing to learn and apply knowledge
