Role Summary:

The role will focus on the Amazon Canada business and work alongside the SDS Canada team to improve the Amazon.ca IDQ (Item Data Quality). The IDQ score is a way of measuring the quality and quantity of the information that the customers see on Amazon.ca about our product on the product pages. It will ensure the customer have all the information they need to make a purchasing decisions.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Checking and validating the master Amazon.ca catalogue
  • Removing irrelevant data, fix any data issues, source missing data, validate data
  • Compiling all data into organised and well laid out spreadsheets
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing team on sourcing the missing data
  • Work with Sales and Amazon team on uploading missing data
  • Reviewing product pages to ensure updates are live on Amazon.ca

All interns will also be required to present their project and associated work to their department and/or all of SDS.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Attending a college/university and working towards a BA/BS degree
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work at our Toronto Office Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday plus be able to work appropriately from home on Monday & Friday
  • Start date is flexible based on student's availability
