• Oversee and manage the construction activities of multiple ICI projects in Mississauga.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Lead a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring proper resource allocation and coordination.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications, providing input and recommendations as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and provide updates on project status to management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ICI Superintendent, preferably in the Mississauga area.
• Extensive knowledge of ICI construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
