In this dual role, you will be responsible for shared administrative functions that support the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams in a paperless environment. Reporting to the Managers, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, your positive attitude and strong work ethic will shine as you work effectively under tight deadlines. You will use your attention to detail, and responsiveness to support their efforts in hiring and onboarding new employees. Some duties will include posting jobs, reviewing new hire packages and offer letters, conducting system and documentation audits, and processing new hires in HRIS.

Qualifications:
- Human Resources Certificate
- 1 year of Human Resources administration experience
- Working knowledge of web-based recruitment tools
- Working knowledge of HRIS and Talent Acquisition systems is an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Dedicated quiet office space in your home with high-speed internet
