The TD Canadian Card Payments, Loyalty & Personal Lending (CCPL&PL) team is responsible for strategy, product development, customer lifecycle management, and financial performance of all Canadian Credit Card and Personal Lending products. TD is a leader in Credit Cards and Personal Lending in Canada, providing a diverse suite of products and services. The Manager, TD Rewards Program will be responsible for the ongoing operation and expense management of the TD Rewards Program. A key function of this role is supporting the competitive market positioning, differentiation, and value that the TD Rewards Program brings to customers.
Job Description
Depth & Scope:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, TD Rewards Program, the successful candidate’s accountabilities, and responsibilities include:
Manage the TD Rewards Program to maximize customer engagement while balancing program expense, including program structure and redemption value in partnership with Product teams.
Conduct ongoing identification of customer experience enhancements and irritants
Provide support in the delivery of annual plan and quarterly reforecasts
Work collaboratively with Product and Marketing teams in the development of Program positioning for marketing purposes
Ensure prompt and thorough resolution of escalated / complex customer issues and modify programs and or processes to minimize further customer problems
Partner and provide support to key channel partners including Retail, Contact Center and Digital
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
Strategic thinker with proven ability to autonomously support and/or lead initiatives through the organization and deliver results
Proven ability to maintain strong working relationships with partners – and demonstrated ability to impact and influence others
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to leverage data to support decision-making and business casing.
Experience with Credit Cards is considered a significant asset.
Requirements

Undergraduate degree or product management certificate, and / or
Seven (7) or more years relevant experience
Previous product experience typically required
Advanced knowledge of and ability to conduct product research, product analysis and development, forecasting, pricing, competitive intelligence
Knowledge of competitor and market trends
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Skill in preparing and managing budgets
Skill in using analytical software tools, MS Office, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively (both speaking and writing), provide direction and build relationships across teams and functions
Act as a brand ambassador for our business, the Bank, both internally and externally
