Abatement Technologies is looking for an organized and self-sufficient Technical Process Coordinator (Contract). Want to join a growing company that provides innovative and reliable solutions to its customers? We are seeking an individual to join our team in Fort Erie, ON (in-person)

Essential Job Functions:

R&D

  • Coordination of portfolio management process for R&D projects, including associated document management
  • Initiate the Product Development Process (PDP) Management and Development
  • Review weekly each project report to monitor progress via meetings and emails
  • Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback data as well as all relevant information necessary to make new part available to all Canadian and American branches (standard costing mins/maxes, P21 costing, part descriptions, shipping information, exploded views)
  • Maintain and update the Engineering Change Request (ECR) form, complete component investigation and sourcing
  • Track all Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.Ps)
  • Liaise with Production Operators through Engineering Change Request and Question form to identify issues, improvements, or the identification of a non-existent SOP
  • Implement, collect feedback, revise, obtain final approval of final draft from R & D
  • Manual development, maintain information in systems such as Asana

Quality

  • Coordinate key Quality processes, such as Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s)
  • Track all NCRs (opened and closed), update reports, post in the appropriate production cell, track KPI's
  • Maintain NCR statistics, create visual aids to convey non-conformities
  • Liaison between Quality Inspector, Production, all Canadian and American branches, and R & D
  • Assist in the execution of LEAN initiatives and with Kaizen’s


Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Salary: $41,600.00-$45,760.00 per year.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fort Erie, ON L2A 3P6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
