Specific Accountabilities:
* Schedules/ completes administrative processes and for Lambton College students(Accommodated, and Accommodated Late via JIRA), including missed/make up internal post-secondary and external test takers, mature admission (CAAT), academic upgrading (ACE), and part-time / Ontario Learn / TSSA online tests.
* Invigilates tests/exams
* Assists the Manager, Counselling, Wellness & Testing Centre or designate with external fee-paying clients from outside businesses, companies, associations domestic and international.
* Collects fees and gives receipts for daily transactions
* Guides students and faculty through the test booking process using online booking portals and JIRA
* Advises students/clients through the specific test/exam instructions
* Investigates missing testing information from Faculty, educational institutions, community agencies, Ministry, in order to administer proper testing environment
* Provides assistance with final reports
* Webpage/myLambton updates
* Records and maintains regular statistics for all writers to submit to Manager, Counselling, Wellness & Testing Centre or designate
* Assists with developing promotional information, training material for the Test Centre clients and other duties as assigned.
About the Position:
This is a full-time support staff Bargaining Unit position reporting to the Manager, Counselling, Wellness & Testing Centre working 35 hours per week at an hourly rate of $26.47.

The incumbent will assist with the operation of the Testing Services at Lambton College; and will be responsible for proctoring / invigilating on-ground and online tests, test administration processes and assisting with scheduling of these tests, while providing professional and exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and community agencies as well as other key stakeholders and departments. This involves an awareness and sensitivity to a variety of disabilities that might cause disruptions, challenges, and disputes in the office or technology lab.

Centre open and closing responsibilities Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 9:30 pm with occasional Saturday shifts as required.
Qualifications:
* 2 year diploma in Office Admin, Business, Human Services, or equivalent
* Minimum of one year experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Teams & JIRA
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Good Organization skills
* Good Time management skills
* Attention to detail very important
* Independent and self-starter
* Professional, respectful & friendly communication skills required
* Excellent interpersonal skills
