Trillium Staffing is seeking a Tool and Die/CNC Associate for one of our amazing clients located in Shelburne, ON.

Our client is a Tier One supplier of welded automotive parts. As a Tool and Die/CNC Associate, you will have experience in machining complex, high tolerance components. The successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to work closely with and communicate effectively with other departments. This is a full-time permanent position.

Job Responsibilities of the Tool and Die/CNC Associate:

• Involved in all aspects of routine die maintenance program
• Responsible for supporting trouble report counter measure activity
• Strive to meet external and internal customer quality requirements
• Use of all shop equipment and hand tools related to tooling trade
• Mass production level up and die modification flow
• Ensure dies are performing at level expected

Qualifications required for the Tool and Die/CNC Associate:

• Must be a Licensed Tool & Die Maker
• College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Tool & Die Design
• 5 years of previous experience in Tool & Die
• CAD experience
• Computer Skills
• CNC Programmer/Operator experience
