Job Description:
- Ability to set up and operate both Grinders to the correct specifications
- Ability to produce tooling in accordance with the work order drawing specifications
- Ensuring inventories meet the expectations of the tool room requirements
- Ensure production targets are met while consistently producing tooling to work order specification
- Keep tool room and common areas clean and organized at all times
- Quality checks as per department requirements
- Understanding of machine processes, paperwork stations, and quality standards within the plant
Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge and experience using basic hand tools (wrenches, ratchets, hex keys)
- Good math skills (conversions and basic math)
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Machine Operating/Manufacturing experience
Shifts:
Training on Day Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 4:30PM
Post training - Friday to Sunday, 6PM - 6AM
Payrate: $20/hr.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
