Operations Specialist – Wealth Management

Hybrid – 2 days / week in office

12 month contract (with possibility of permanency or extension)

$30/hour

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of capital markets operations experience
• Experience within Trade Support (Fixed Income / Trade Allocation / Trade Settlement / Trade Clearing)
• Advanced Excel & VBA (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, VBA, trouble shooting with Macros)

Nice To Have Qualifications

o Experience with python, ultryx, etc.

o Automation experience

This person would be doing BAU work for trade support but may have the opportunity to work on the T+1 program later in the contract.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

This person will be assisting all trade support functions.

They support fixed income securities. They manage trade exceptions that come from front office to back office. This process is automated, but if there are issues, the trades go to trade exceptions que. This is where any trade falling through cracks need to be fixed.

2nd is managing trade allocations through CTM and other vendor applications which integrates to in house platform into The Bank. The other responsibility is the trade reconciliation piece.

Stakeholders: front office interaction, technology and other stakeholders, securities data team, client reference data team, different teams. They will also get lots of client interaction as most trade allocation is client driven.
