Looking for a Lead Trim Carpenter responsible for leading a crew of trim labourers that install finish trim and hardware in residential/commercial spaces.

Qualifications:

The Candidate must have:

- Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades.

- Knowledge of tools and equipment, trim materials, quality control and tool safety.

- Proficiency in trim work, hanging doors, setting door hardware, installing rails and utilize appropriate math skills for efficiency and quality, an asset. Minimal deficiencies or call backs for completed work

- consistent positive behaviour towards other employees and positive representation of Rosser Carpentry Inc.

- high end custom trim skills

- Experience with leading a crew in a relevant trade

- Reliable and responsible so that crew members are provided with professional leadership and constructive criticism to ensure best install quality and experience for customers.

- Excellent communication skills with fellow employees, manager, site supervisors and homeowners.

- Ability to work under pressure to meet completion timelines when necessary.

**Experience is a MUST**, varying levels of experience will determine rate of pay; potential for starting rate to be greater than $25.00/hr

Full time employment only, with potential for overtime.

Candidates must have own transportation to get to job sites and carry tools for crew. (some tools are supplied) Jobs are mostly located in London and surrounding areas.
