Terrana Services is currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Richmond. The ideal candidate is a high energy self-starter who loves to operate equipment and who enjoys managing all facets of warehouse operations including logistics and inventory. WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

• Salary: Starting Range of $41,600 to $55,000 annually based on experience.
• Benefits: Full benefits package upon completion of probationary period
• Cellphone: Fully paid company cell phone for work and personal use

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Ability to operate forklift and other necessary equipment
• Withstand physically demanding work with long periods of standing and lifting heavy objects
• Clean appearance and strong organizational skills
• Ability to operate computer and inventory management software
• Strong verbal communication
• Valid BC Drivers License

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Picking and preparing customer orders for outgoing shipment in a timely manner.
• Organizing the logistics for outgoing customer shipments using provided list of carriers.
• Receive incoming shipments ensuring accuracy and noting any discrepancies between received items and documentation (packing slips, purchase orders etc.).
• Organizing warehouse and work area for efficiency, cleanliness, and orderliness.
• Sorting and placing materials and items on racks, shelves, or bins in a timely manner once received.
• Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking.
• Organize, coordinate, and periodically conduct physical inspections of inventory levels.
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack and all other equipment in a safe manner.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
• Perform customer deliveries with company delivery van as deemed necessary.
• Regular cleaning, sweeping, mopping and facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Assist with Repairs to incoming tools and machinery as deemed necessary.
• Prepare equipment for sale and/or shipment including assembling, cleaning, and testing as deemed necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $41,600.00-$55,000.00 per year
