We are proud to provide a healthy, respectful and supportive work environment for all employees and offer opportunities to develop and acquire new skills.

A good way to go about building your examples is to use the STAR method. The STAR method is a structured way of answering a behavior-based question by discussing the specific Situation, Task, Action, and Result of the situation you are describing.

When filling out your application and during the interview, we invite you to provide relevant and verifiable examples of experience gained in your work life, as well as those gained through your studies, volunteer work, or other activities that demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria of the position.

S - Situation: Describe the situation and present all the relevant details.
T- Tasks: What tasks did you have to accomplish? What needed to be done to resolve the situation?
A- Actions: What did you do to resolve the situation and why did you choose this action plan? Have you considered other options? Why did you not choose these last options?
R- Results: What was the result of the approach you took? Could you have done otherwise? Was the person you were dealing with satisfied? Did you achieve your goals?

Candidates may be eliminated at any point during the selection process if they fail to demonstrate any of the essential qualifications through their behavior in their current work or as part of the selection process, for example, through: communication with Human Resources, informal discussion, selection interview, etc.
