Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of a Warehouse Administrator at our Montreal terminal. A Warehouse Administrator at Speedy Transport Group will respond to the Customer Care teams inquires in a timely fashion regarding the position of freight among other administrative tasks.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide various types of office support.
• Extensive contact and interaction with the Customer Care team in situations requiring problem resolution, and duties which relate specifically to customer concerns and missing freight.
• Scans all freight on the dock for the daily dock report.
• Check the dock for OS&D freight.
• Ensure all appointment freight has moved as per schedule.

Qualifications and Skills

• Computer skills would be a strong asset. Specifically, Microsoft Office.
• Able to work and learn in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and courteously with other staff.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
• Strong communication skills.

Un administrateur d'entrepôt chez Speedy Transport Group répondra aux demandes des équipes du service client en temps opportun concernant la position du fret, entre autres tâches administratives.

Horaires : du lundi au vendredi 8:00-16:30

Responsabilités du poste :

• Fournir divers types de soutien de bureau.
• Contacts et interactions étendus avec l'équipe du service client dans les situations nécessitant une résolution de problèmes, et les tâches qui se rapportent spécifiquement aux préoccupations des clients et au fret manquant.
• Scanne tout le fret sur le quai pour le rapport de quai quotidien.
• Vérifiez le quai pour le fret OS&D.
• Assurer que tout le fret de rendez-vous a été déplacé conformément au calendrier.

Diplômes et compétences

• Des compétences en informatique seraient un atout important. Plus précisément, Microsoft Office.
• Capable de travailler et d'apprendre dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
• Capacité à travailler de manière efficace, efficiente et courtoise avec les autres membres du personnel.
• Capacité à hiérarchiser et à organiser le travail efficacement.
• De solides compétences en communication.
