Warranty Administrator ( Barrie) / New Home Construction Job at Dean Group

Our client, a successful home developer is searching for an experienced Warranty Administrator for their busy Barrie building site. While supporting the Service Managers and Superintendents on site, you also will act as the point of contact for all homeowner's enquires and trades. You will coordinate follow-up activities with purchaser, construction, and service/warranty teams for service warranty issues. Schedule and plan Service Technician schedules and trades to address deficiencies from the 30-day, Pre-PDI, PDI and year-end requests and finally, coordinate follow-up activities with purchaser, construction, and service/warranty teams for service warranty issues.

Experience & Requirements:
  • Construction industry related experience is an asset.
  • Must possess a professional and customer service focused attitude.
  • Experience in Newstar Builders Program (Sales) an asset.
  • Requires knowledge of the Tarion Rules & Regulations.
Salary: 55,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually.
On site role, 9am to 5pm.
