*Work remotely to maintain and grow our family’s Woocommerce store

*Research and set up plugins that offer features needed to maximize conversion rates

*Document all wordpress, woocommerce and plugin settings used on our store

*Oversee regular maintenance such as plugin updates and database backups

*Help design and build Phase 2 of website that is optimized and responsive across all devices

*Monitor website and server for security concerns and ensure security protocols are followed by all staff

*Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues related to plugins and other apps used by our team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

*Must be resident of British Columbia Canada, not currently employed, and eligible for training wage subsidy

*Experience or training in WordPress + Woocommerce website design and development
*Familiarity with Html, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, and dedicated servers an asset

*Self-motivated, eager to learn, good research skills

*Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills

*Good work-ethic, reliable

*Able to work independently and productively from home

*Must have own computer that is equipped to fulfill job requirements

*Desire to help our small Canadian family business to grow and thrive

*Test after major changes or when issues arise, and work with plugin support to quickly resolve problems
