This winter we are looking for Snow Plow Driver (Operator). Primary duties are to clear commercial lots with a skidsteer or pickup up truck and plow and salt cleared surfaces with a box salter.

Winter Equipment operators must submit pictures of work completed and time sheets for work performed and are expected to be on call 24-7 to clear according to winter conditions.

We are Offering:

- Seasonal Winter Position Nov 15 - April 15; summer positions are also available

- Guarantee of 20 hours per week

- Health and dental benefits are available after 3 months of employment.

- Training will be provided for candidates with limited experience

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone dependable and motivated to perform high quality work within targeted timelines who also has:

· 0-3 years of experience operating a pickup truck mounted snow plow or other snow clearing equipment.

· Over 25 years of age* with a “G” Class drivers license and good driving record

· Ability to be on-call 24-7 in winter months including weekends and holidays

· Ability to lift more than 25 pounds

· Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team to complete work

· Ability to communicate especially in difficult situations

· Attention to detail

NOTES:

This job will be physically demanding!

* Minimum hours are filled with shop maintenance duties, training, or occasional assistance in other business divisions

**Truck Driver Candidates must be over 25 for insurance purposes.
