Your Job
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a XR Developer to join our team. As a XR Developer, you will have the chance to develop and implement cutting-edge virtual and augmented reality tools across various industrial facilities on a large scale. This role requires a strong technical skill set with a particular focus on web development and VR. You will be responsible for evaluating project proposals and selecting those that offer the most value. Additionally, you will be responsible for researching and creating solutions that meet the specific needs of each facility while collaborating closely with on-site individuals. Your expertise will be critical in helping each facility identify the best distribution platform for their needs, whether it be through the web or VRE headset, among others. You will also be responsible for assessing the specific requirements of each facility, such as analytics recording and signoff from LMS, and developing the most efficient and cost-effective product to meet their unique needs.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement cutting-edge virtual and augmented reality tools across various industrial facilities
• Develop interactive simulations, applications and games using Unity 3D
• Researching and create solutions that meet the specific needs of each facility such as analytics recording and signoff from LMS
• Collaborate with product development team to create engaging user experience
• Debug and optimize code for performance and stability
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends in game development and virtual simulations
• Evaluate project proposals and develop the most efficient and cost-effective product to meet requirements

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience developing VR/AR simulations, applications, and games using C# in Unity 3D

• Experience with web tools like webGL, rest API calls, Java, and HTML
• Experience debugging and optimizing code for performance and stability
• Experience collaborating with product development team(s) to create engaging user experiences

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software, such as Blender or Maya
• Experience with game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine
• Experience working in a cloud computing environment, server architecture, and security
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Trello
• Experience utilizing code repository tools such as GitHub or Gitlab
• Experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBI
• Experience in industrial manufacturing industry
• Experience creating or enhancing L&D or learning based applications
