Escape Trailer is looking for fine woodworking experienced individuals to join our growing team. This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work in a team environment. You will be involved in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing various components to produce a finished Escape trailer that meets quality standards. Experience in cabinetry, trim work or hobby woodwork is an asset.

As an Assembly Wood Worker your role includes:

• Work independently and collaboratively with fellow team members, supervisors, and engineers
• Attain daily quality and delivery targets through standardized work
• Work daily with various power tools & hand tools
• Cut, measure and assemble and install components to accurate specifications
• Work independently on assigned projects with time restraints in mind
• Following company standard requirements on safety and quality protocols

Preferred Skills/Requirements

• Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)
• Cabinetry experience an asset
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• High School Diploma
• Fluent in English
