Calling all Account Managers/Sales Specialists

We are looking for engaging and dynamic people to join our Sales & Account Management Team. This is Sales & Account Management together in one role and we are looking for several good people. If this is you, read on!

This position is on site at our Scarborough office.

You will provide administrative support as well as develop additional new business (Sales) while taking on some existing accounts, developing strong relationships with new and old clients. You will perform various administrative tasks, including sending emails that elicit responses, following up with clients and prospective clients through calls, emails, and on-site meetings, scheduling appointments, creating new deals and quotes, providing web scans, and SEO audits (we will train you on this). You are a strong communicator and love to interact with others - an extrovert!

What we’re looking for:

  • A people person: outgoing and likes to interact with others
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Some experience and skill in the web and digital marketing areas
  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to get things done
  • Pre-established B2B relationships would be good to have
  • Grant Cardone trained representatives preferred

What you will do:

  • Consistently winning new business through inbound and outbound initiatives
  • Propose a wide range of digital marketing solutions (web design, SEO, PPC, social media, custom apps) to small to medium-sized businesses across all industries
  • Understand and act upon customer needs over the phone or in-person
  • Achieve sales goals by assisting customers and following a defined selling process
  • Coordinate with other DIT Employees to ensure company standards are being met
  • Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring

  • Presentation, organization, & time management skills

What your qualifications should be:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Specialist, Account Manager
  • Proficiency in technology as well as social media
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Big Data or a related field preferred and/or relevant experience
