Account Manager/Sales Job at Confidential
We are a well established business looking for a seasoned Sales/Account Manager familiar with the construction industry for both product and service-related sales who can skillfully work the Okanagan Valley!
To us, relationships are very important, so the right candidate will be high energy and personable.
If you are interested, you will be fearless in the sales process and understand that "NO" only means you haven't finished the sale or built the relationship yet!
This is an outside sales position so the right candidate must be disciplined and have no constraints on their work hours.
Here is what we are looking for:
- 5 years verifiable outside sales experience (preferably in the construction industry)
- A working knowledge of commercial and residential construction.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Exceptional ability to communicate across all levels of construction.
- Should have a good knowledge of the Okanagan Valley and where development is happening.
Compensation range is a base salary plus commissions and comes with supplemental benefits and a company matching RRSP.
