Accounting Analyst ( Hybrid) Job at Valsoft
Valsoft Corporation is currently looking for an Accounting Analyst to join the Finance & Accounting Team!

What your day will look like:
- Perform Balance Sheet analysis, including reconciliations of accounts.
- Analyze and discuss financial KPIs with the Senior Analyst.
- Participate in completion of audit engagements and compliance requirements.
- Assist the Senior Analyst with group financial planning and analysis.
- Prepare ad-hoc performance analysis and management reporting.
- Assist in financial integration for new acquisitions.
- Perform variance analysis of actual results vs. financial plans.
- Perform financial period close tasks.
- Participate in special projects.
- All other applicable responsibilities as delegated by the Employer.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years experience in similar role
- CPA Candidate or CPA is an asset not a requirement
- Competent with Microsoft Excel Have attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with NetSuite or Sage Intacct is an asset
- Ease of working in a team and with leadership
- Sense of organization and responsibility
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
