Accounting Clerk Job at GoToInsure.ca
GoToInsure.ca is a dynamic and growing insurance brokerage operating throughout the Atlantic Provinces. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and competent individual to come join our Accounting Team at our GTI office in our Fredericton location.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile G/L Accounts focusing on Insurance statements, Blue Cross and Bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and balance Corporate Credit card expenses monthly.
- Analyze and process expense reports monthly.
- Process and prepare vendor invoices for payment.
- Assist in miscellaneous duties as directed by the accounting staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education in Accounting is required.
- A thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel 2016.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and highly motivated.
